NAAPS is setting up a branch in Northern Ireland. A Shared Lives Special Interest Group has been set up with the support of ARC Northern Ireland and has membership from a number of existing SLSchemes as well as NAAPS.

 
Shared Lives in Northern Ireland is identified mainly with people with learning disabilities but has potential to be extended particularly for older people and people with mental health problems.
 
NAAPS would be interested in hearing from any existing carers who are providing a Shared Lives service and you can contact jackie@naaps.org.uk for membership information.
